    Compared to common materials like TPE, NR, NBR, PU, and EPDM, LSR stands out for several key reasons:

     At JOKER Industrial, we utilize the Elmet rubber feeding machine to mix the AB agent and the Wittmann Battenfeld silicone gel machine to combine the two groups of AB agents. The mixture is then injected into the mold, followed by rapid vulcanization through injection molding.Wittmann Battenfeld’s LIM (Liquid Injection Molding) technology is specifically designed for liquid silicone rubber, allowing for precise control over every parameter in the injection molding process. This ensures even distribution and rapid curing of LSR, significantly reducing the risk of product defects while improving production efficiency.
