About JOKER
Joker Industrial was founded in Taiwan in 1984. Initially, we focused on traditional expansion anchors (wedge anchor and drop in), but as environmental and labor costs increased, from 2004 we shifted our focus to developing concrete screws and achieved ETA certification in 2014.

Certification and Quality Assurance
Our products are ETA certified (ETA 14/0374, ETA 21/0177), ensuring suitability for both cracked and non-cracked concrete. Additionally, they have passed the EU C1&C2 seismic certification and are fire resistant for up to 120 minutes, equivalent to the German VdS sprinkler system certification standards.

NOTE: Please use the recommend torque force for installation according to our ETA technical document. Do not apply excessive force. At the beginning of the installation, gently apply downward pressure on the screw to ensure it starts to engage. Once the screw begins to screw in, you can release the pressure gently.
